The Program Director will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of our organization’s programmatic interventions, ensuring that they contribute to building internal capacity, support the ambition of reinventing unjust humanitarian and development systems. The Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop a living strategy, and to ensure the successful delivery of the organization’s vision and mission.
The successful candidate is passionate about addressing the root causes of injustice and systemic inequity that underlie humanitarian crises and traditional development structures. This candidate thrives in collaboration with local communities and in partnership with international organizations to shift the power balance of the global development space.
